Job summary

Thrive Childcare is seeking an Early Years Practitioner at Thrive Culcheth, Warrington. You will support children's learning, development and wellbeing in a nurturing nursery environment. This role suits experienced practitioners aiming to grow within a supportive childcare setting.

You will deliver high-quality EYFS activities, observe progress and build strong relationships with parents. Thrive offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.45, full-time or part-time hours, DBS paid, referral schemes

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience as Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Practitioner preferred.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver EYFS activities in line with EYFS framework.
• Support children's learning, development and school readiness.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers.
• Observe, assess and track children's progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
• Continue professional development as an Early Years Practitioner.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Thrive Culcheth, Warrington. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse looking to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking childcare setting.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care, ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities - Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's learning, development, and school readiness

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (preferred)
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
