Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) for a friendly nursery in Raynes Park, London. This 40-hour-per-week role offers a 4- or 5-day pattern, Monday to Friday, with a strong focus on early years education and a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent.
• Experience in nursery/early years setting preferred.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities promoting learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive, nurturing environment for all children.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Support day-to-day nursery operations and maintain high standards of care.
• Follow and implement the EYFS framework.
• Lead by example and demonstrate best practice in early years education.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children's learning and development.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the nursery environment and children's experiences.
