Refresh Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Nursery Practitioner in Guildford. You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years and will promote learning through play within a safe, inclusive setting.

The role is 40 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days (Mon-Fri), in an outstanding nursery environment with opportunities for development and enhanced childcare benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safe practice.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging activities promoting learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment and monitor development.
• Observe and support children's progress and wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support day-to-day nursery operations and maintain high care standards.
• Follow EYFS guidance and lead by best practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learning experiences.
• Contribute ideas to improve the nursery environment.
