Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Limited invites applications for a Nursery Practitioner in Radlett. The role is 40 hours per week, 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday, within a warm, outstanding nursery environment, focused on early years learning and development under EYFS.

You will plan engaging activities, observe progress, support families, and contribute to a safe, inclusive setting. Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification required; Enhanced DBS may be requested; right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 childcare/early years qualification required.
• Previous nursery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities promoting learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.
• Observe and monitor children's development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support daily nursery operations and uphold high care standards.
• Follow EYFS framework and contribute to best practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support learning and development.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the nursery environment.
