Refresh Recruitment Limited is seeking a Nursery Practitioner in Reigate. The role requires a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years and involves creating a safe, stimulating learning environment for young children.

You will plan activities, observe development, and work closely with families and colleagues to support each child's growth. The position offers 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay organized.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework and early years best practice.

• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play.
