Refresh Recruitment Ltd in Cookham is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to join a supportive nursery team. You will lead activities, support learning through play, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for every child.

The role offers 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with a focus on quality care, EYFS compliance, and strong teamwork. A genuine passion for early years education is essential.

Formación

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the nursery and maintain high standards of care.
• Follow and implement the EYFS framework.
• Lead by example and demonstrate best practice in early years education.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children's learning and development.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the nursery environment and children's experiences.
