Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Limited is seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) for a busy nursery in Bushey. You will plan activities, support learning through play, and help create a safe, inclusive environment for children aged early years. The role requires EYFS knowledge and strong communication with families and colleagues.

Hours are 40 per week, with options for 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday. DBS check is required and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification required.
• Experience in an early years setting preferred.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and child development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities promoting learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive, nurturing environment.
• Observe and monitor children’s development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support day-to-day nursery operations and high standards of care.
• Follow EYFS guidelines and best practices.
