Qualifications

Nursery: Bright Horizons Chelmsford Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary: £25,200- £30,000 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We are looking for a full-time, qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Chelmsford Day Nursery and Preschool.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, creating, implementing, and reflecting on engaging activities to support children’s development
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Ensuring child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and safe environment

What we’re looking for

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working with children (e.g., Nursery Nurse, Practitioner, Educator)
  • Passion for engaging and fun learning experiences
  • Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents
  • Effective communication skills with children and adults
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
