Job Opportunity: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in Cambridge

We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a nursery situated in Cambridge. This carefully designed day nursery provides a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years, where learning is brought to life through play, exploration, and creativity. The setting also offers dedicated parking spaces for staff, which is a real bonus!

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and education for the children. Your responsibilities include identifying and meeting individual needs while building positive and professional relationships with children, staff, parents, and carers.

Candidates will only be considered if they hold a minimum of Level 2 (or equivalent) in Childcare & Early Years.

The Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework
• Safeguarding children on a daily basis
• Building strong, nurturing relationships with families and carers
• Promoting learning through play, exploration, and fun-filled activities
• Observing, planning, and assessing children's development

The Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Early Years (Level 2 considered for the right candidate)
• Prior experience working with young children

• Strong communication skills and a caring nature
