Are you passionate about giving little learners the best possible start? Protocol Education is excited to be recruiting a qualified Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time, long-term role in a fantastic mainstream primary school nursery in Maldon.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where little ones can thrive.

• Planning and delivering engaging activities that cover all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development with kindness and patience.

• Working closely with the class teacher and fellow team members to ensure each child’s needs are met.

• Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

• Keeping learning fun, fresh, and inspiring every single day!

We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or 3 qualification (essential).

• Experience working with nursery-aged children in a UK setting.

• A warm, caring personality with a big smile and a genuine love for early years education.

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.

• Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.

• A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).

• Right to work in the UK.
