Job summary

Bright Horizons Bury St Edmunds Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and evaluate engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development and a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will work within a setting rated Good by Ofsted, with access to on-site parking and a range of benefits. A Level 2/3 Early Years qualification is required, along with a passion for inclusive learning and safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward milestones and a safe environment that supports learning.
