Job summary

Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our purpose-built nursery. You will plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities across six rooms, fostering a secure environment that encourages children to explore and learn.

The role requires an Level 3+ EYFS qualification, strong safeguarding knowledge and a passion for inclusive learning. DBS checks and safeguarding remain a priority, with a supportive team and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a love of learning.
• Build trusting partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers to support daily learning.
