Bright Horizons Worthing Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to nurture young minds and support their development in a warm, inclusive setting in Worthing. You will plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS, reflecting on progress with colleagues and parents.

We require a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification, a passion for creating engaging learning environments, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build trusted

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child to support milestones.
• Create a safe environment for children to explore and express themselves.
