Job summary

Bright Horizons Dorking Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s development. You will create a safe space that lets children express themselves, explore and learn with confidence.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 3 or above EYFS qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and strong safeguarding knowledge. A DBS check will be conducted as part of safer recruitment.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward milestones.
