Job summary

Bright Horizons Great Cornard Day Nursery and Preschool in Sudbury seeks an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and review engaging activities tailored to each child, helping them reach key milestones. You will foster a safe, inclusive learning environment, build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents, and ensure safeguarding and EYFS standards are upheld.

A full Level 3 or above in Early Years is required, with a passion for learning and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Demonstrates passion for inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of EYFS.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers.
