Job summary

Thrive Education is seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners for Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswolds. The role offers flexible, term-time and long-term placements with hourly pay of £15.40–£16.87, depending on qualifications.

We welcome Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who enjoy working with young children and want flexible working patterns across nurseries and pre-schools in the Cirencester area.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach.
• Confidence supporting children's learning, development and play.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Someone reliable who can adapt to different settings.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential.

Thrive Education is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to work with some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we support across Cirencester and the surrounding Cotswolds.

We're looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and would like more flexibility around when and where they work.

Whether you're looking for a couple of days each week, regular term-time work or a longer-term placement, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
• A genuine passion for working with young children
