Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and pre-schools across Cirencester and the surrounding areas. You don't need an Early Years qualification to apply, just experience working with children and a caring, patient approach.

This role offers flexible, term-time and long-term opportunities with competitive pay of £14.24 per hour. Whether you've worked in a nursery, school, breakfast or after-school club, holiday club, sports coaching

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children
• A genuine interest in working within Early Years
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence engaging and interacting with young children
• Someone reliable and happy to get involved
• Good communication and teamwork
• Nursery or pre-school experience is a bonus, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Support nurseries and pre-schools across Cirencester and surrounding areas
• Engage with children in Early Years settings
• Assist with activities and supervision as needed
