Job summary

Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and pre-schools across Stroud and surrounding areas. No formal Level 2/3 qualification required; experience with children is valued and can come from schools, clubs or other settings.

Opportunities include flexible, term-time, and long-term placements with the chance to work across different age groups and settings. Thrive Education supports your placements with regular check-ins and dedicated consultant Josh.

£14.24 per hour

Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Early Years Practitioners to support some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we work with across Stroud and the surrounding areas.

You don't need to hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification to apply.

What we're looking for is people who already have experience working with children and would like the opportunity to use that experience within nursery and pre-school settings.

Your experience doesn't necessarily have to come from a nursery. If you've supported children within a school, club, coaching environment or another professional setting, we'd still love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working with children
• A genuine interest in working within Early Years
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence interacting and engaging with young children
• Someone who is reliable and happy to get stuck in
• Good communication and teamwork
• Nursery or pre-school experience is a bonus, but not essential
