Job summary

Thrive Education Recruitment Ltd in Cheltenham is recruiting qualified Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and pre-schools across Cheltenham and surrounding areas.

We’re seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and want flexible days, term-time work, or longer-term placements. Thrive offers regular check-ins, diverse settings, and the chance to explore age groups you enjoy with support from Josh, our dedicated Early Years Consultant.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work across Cheltenham and surrounding nurseries and pre-schools.
• Flexible days and term-time or longer-term placements.
• Support from Thrive’s Early Years Consultant for placements and guidance.

Thrive Education is looking for qualified Early Years Practitioners to work with some of the fantastic nurseries and pre-schools we support across Cheltenham.

We're looking for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about Early Years and want the opportunity to work across a variety of settings.

Whether you're looking for a few flexible days each week, regular term-time work or something longer-term, we can work around what suits you.

What we're looking for

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Previous experience within a nursery, pre-school or Early Years setting
• A genuine passion for working with young children
• A caring, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication and teamwork
• Someone reliable who can adapt to different settings
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable but not essential
