Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work with nurseries across Mottram in Longdendale, starting ASAP on a part-time basis. You will support children aged 0-5 in learning, development and wellbeing.

The role offers pay between £12.17 and £16 per hour, with a focus on nurturing approaches, strong teamwork and ongoing CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in a childcare or Early Years setting.
• Nurturing and understanding approach to working with children aged 0-5.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work on a part-time basis with an ASAP start. The successful Early Years Practitioner will support children's learning, development and well-being, while engaging positively with children and working pro-actively alongside the wider nursery team.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent
• Previous experience working within a childcare or Early Years setting
• A nurturing and understanding approach to working with children aged 0-5
• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved
• Strong communication skills and a confident, talkative manner
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
