Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join nurseries across Knutsford. The role is part-time with an ASAP start, supporting children aged 0-5 in welcoming, nurturing environments designed to help them learn, develop and thrive.

You will be part of a friendly team, delivering caring support and engaging positively with children, while collaborating with nursery staff to promote wellbeing and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience working within a childcare or Early Years setting.
• A nurturing and understanding approach to working with children aged 0-5.
• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, talkative manner.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to work on a part-time basis with an ASAP start. The successful Early Years Practitioner will support children's learning, development and wellbeing, while engaging positively with children and working proactively alongside the wider nursery team.

The successful Early Years Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent
• Previous experience working within a childcare or Early Years setting
• A nurturing and understanding approach to working with children aged 0-5
• A proactive approach and willingness to get involved
• Strong communication skills and a confident, talkative manner
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
