Teach Now is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a caring nursery team within a primary school in Haringey, supporting children aged two as they develop confidence, communication and independence. Your day will centre on play-based learning, reassuring routines and the important milestones that shape early development. You will support children during meals, feeding, personal care, nappy changing and naps, while encouraging curiosity, social interaction and early friendships. You will join an established team with experienced practitioners, shared room leadership and planning already in place. As the nursery provision continues to develop, you will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help create a safe, stimulating and well‑organised environment. This role suits someone who is confident working with two‑year-olds, can respond calmly to changing needs and enjoys being part of a collaborative early years team. There is also potential for a permanent position, subject to mutual agreement.
We are committed to promoting equality, challenging discrimination and safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expect the same commitment from all staff and volunteers.
