Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for an Early Years Lecturer in Peterborough on a temporary ongoing basis with immediate start. You will support 16-19-year-olds on the college's Early Years programme, developing their skills, knowledge and confidence in a welcoming environment with strong student focus.

The role is full-time with a competitive hourly rate, ongoing possibility of extension, and supportive management. DBS update service or willingness to apply required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Early Years in a college or similar setting.
• Ability to assess and develop learners aged 16–19 on Early Years programmes.
• DBS check via update service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Support 16-19 learners on the Early Years programme.
• Develop learners' skills, knowledge and confidence.
• Deliver engaging lessons and provide feedback/assessments.
