Job summary

Morgan Hunt is working with a prestigious FE college to appoint an Early Years Lecturer in Redhill, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role paying up to £40 per hour.

Start date is immediate with interview ASAP, and successful applicants will work to support 16-19 learners with a strong focus on wellbeing and safeguarding. You must hold experience teaching Early Years in FE Colleges and have a valid DBS on the Update Service.

Qualifications

• Support 16-19 learners with inclusive, student-centred practice focusing on wellbeing and safeguarding.
• Ensure effective assessment, marking, feedback, and compliance with awarding body and quality standards.
• Must have DBS on update service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Early Years teaching to 16-19 learners in a FE college setting.
• Conduct assessments, provide timely feedback and maintain quality standards.
• Promote safeguarding and wellbeing in the classroom and during supervision.
