Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting for an Early Years Lecturer to join a Birmingham-based college on a temporary ongoing basis, delivering engaging Early Years lessons across Levels 1-3 and inspiring learners.

You will prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment materials, monitor progress and provide feedback, while maintaining an inclusive learning environment for all students. Immediate start available with flexible teaching hours and potential long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience in Further Education, Secondary Education, or Training.
• Relevant Early Years qualification.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
• Passion for supporting and developing learners.
