Job summary

Birmingham college is seeking an Early Years Lecturer to join on a temporary ongoing basis. You will teach across Levels 1-3 Early Years, design schemes of work, and provide feedback to support learner progression.

The role offers flexible teaching hours, ongoing engagement, and dedicated consultant support from Morgan Hunt UK Ltd during the assignment. Prior FE/Secondary teaching experience and a relevant qualification are preferred.

• Strong subject knowledge for Early Years
• Excellent classroom management skills
