The Role
  • Delivering high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Planning and facilitating engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development.
  • Observing, assessing and documenting children's progress and achievements.
  • Building strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners.
  • Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion at all times.
  • Contributing to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice.
