Salary: £12.71- £13.52per hours (DOE)

As an Early Years professional, you will create inspiring learning experiences, champion children's development and work in partnership with families to provide the very best start in life.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality early education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Planning and facilitating engaging learning experiences that support children's individual development.
  • Observing, assessing and documenting children's progress and achievements.
  • Building strong, professional relationships with families, colleagues and external partners.
  • Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusion at all times.
  • Contributing to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement and professional practice.
There are also opportunities to develop specialist expertise in areas such as:
  • Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
