Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries in Plymouth is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to support children’s learning and development within a high-quality early years setting. The role offers a 40-hour basis with a 4% annual uplift and flexible working options wherever possible.

You will work within the EYFS framework to deliver engaging experiences, safeguarding, and collaborative teamwork with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

  • Has experience supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team.
  • Creates inclusive, supportive and respectful environments.
  • Is reflective and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (nice to have).
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software (nice to have).
