Happy Days Nurseries in Redruth is hiring a Level 3 Early Years Educator to support learning and development across the EYFS. The role offers full-time, part-time or flexible arrangements and a welcoming, supportive team environment.

You will contribute to delivering high-quality education and safeguarding, while building strong partnerships with families and colleagues. We value reflective practice and professional growth.

Full Time, Part Time or Flexible Working Available

£28,579.20 per year (based on 40 hours) + excellent benefits

About the role

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality early years education
• Confidently work within the EYFS framework to provide safe, engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences
• Meet children’s daily needs with compassion, attentiveness and professionalism
• Plan engaging activities that support children’s curiosity, learning and holistic development
• Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues, parents and carers
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety at all times
• Contribute positively to team discussions and reflective practice

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children’s learning and development
• Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team
• Creates inclusive, supportive and respectful environments
• Is reflective and committed to ongoing professional development

Nice to have:

• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
