Job summary

Busy Bees is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner to support planning and delivering engaging activities for children in our Newbury nursery. You will help create a safe, stimulating environment that nurtures curiosity and confidence.

You’ll work closely with families, take on the Key Person role, and document children's progress through observations and assessments, contributing to a positive, inclusive learning culture.

Qualifications

• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with children under 5 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
