Busy Bees Swindon Peatmoor is recruiting an Early Years Educator to foster children’s intellectual, social and emotional development. You will work within our Bee Curious curriculum, delivering engaging activities and supporting families.

The role offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with opportunities for professional development and involvement in community activities. The nursery serves about 100 children and is rated Good by Ofsted.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Excellent communication and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment for learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with EYFS.
• Act as Key Person and build strong family connections.
