Job summary

Busy Bees Huntingdon is looking for an Early Years Educator to support young children's intellectual, social and emotional development within our Ofsted-rated Good nursery.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities, foster a safe, inclusive learning environment, and take on Key Person responsibilities, building strong partnerships with families while tracking progress through observations and assessments.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding for each child.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
