Busy Bees Swindon Peatmoor seeks an Early Years Educator to support the development of young children through the Bee Curious curriculum. You will join a large UK nursery group committed to high-quality education, staff development, and a welcoming, collaborative team.

You will work with children under 5, plan activities, and build strong relationships with families as a Key Person in a setting that offers generous holidays and substantial staff benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
