Busy Bees Swindon Peatmoor is seeking an Early Years Educator to foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young children. You will join a leading UK nursery group committed to high-quality education and growth opportunities, working on the Bee Curious curriculum and partner with families to support each child’s learning.

Role requires Level 2 in early years education/childcare, experience with under-5s, and a compassionate, organised approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years education and caring for children under 5.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
