You will plan engaging activities, create a safe space, and support families as a Key Person while monitoring progress through observations and assessments. The role offers professional growth in a supportive team within a Good Ofsted setting, with a warm environment and opportunities to develop.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
