Job summary

Archway Nursery is seeking a dedicated Early Years practitioner to join our team in Blandford Forum. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and provide high levels of care for children, applying the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy daily.

The role is full-time on-site in a warm, nurturing setting with a welcoming team. We offer a £1,000 welcome bonus and comprehensive benefits including childcare discounts and wellness days.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3.
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and our pedagogy principles daily.
• Engage with families during routines and transitions, supporting learning.

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
