Job summary

Storal's Blossom Tree Nursery in Portishead, Bristol is hiring an Early Years practitioner. You’ll plan activities, observe progress and provide high levels of personal care within our play-based curriculum.

You will join a warm, nurturing team, with enhanced holidays, paid sick leave and a £500 Welcome Bonus. A Level 3 Early Years qualification and EYFS familiarity are preferred to support children's confident development.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3 (per requirement).
• Experience working with all EY age groups in Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe progress to support children's learning.
• Provide personal care and safe, nurturing care throughout the day.
• Deliver play-based learning following the Storal curriculum.

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3
