Thrive Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and pre-schools across Stroud and surrounding areas. No formal Level 2/3 qualification required; experience with children is valued and can come from schools, clubs or other settings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children
• Genuine interest in Early Years
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic
• Confident with young children
• Reliable and willing to get involved
• Good communication and teamwork
• Experience in nurseries or schools is a bonus
