Job summary

Lidl in Warwickshire is hiring a Retail Shift Manager on a 30-40 hour contract with 5AM shifts, 30-35 days holiday pro rata, and a 10% in-store discount. Enhanced family leave and a broad benefits package are included.

You will lead and motivate the store team, manage operations in the absence of senior store leaders, handle cash/stock processes, and ensure a superior customer experience while supporting store goals.
