Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an Early Morning Office Cleaner for a large office building in Coleshill (B46). The role runs Monday to Friday, 6 am–9 am, 15 hours per week, with transport essential if you are not local. You will maintain high cleanliness standards across offices and meeting rooms.

The successful candidate will have cleaning experience, be reliable and detail-oriented, and able to work to agreed schedules while contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Access to own vehicle is essential due to no public transport to the site.
• Strong knowledge and experience in cleaning services, COSHH, and Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional cleaning services to a high standard on site.
• Clean toilets, basins, replenish toilet paper, soap and towels.
• Clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, skirting boards, and window sills.

Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Early Morning Office Cleaner (6 am start ) to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team. This is to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to a large office building and meeting rooms based on Edison Road, Coleshill, B46.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff and visitors to a high standard throughout the building. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

We are offering a Permanent role of 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 6 am - 9 am - so transport isessential, or you live locally.

Key responsibilities will include:

To provide professional cleaning services to our clients to a high standard at all times by completing all aspects of general cleaning on site.

• Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• To clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, skirting boards and other surfaces including window sills within easy reach
• Cleaning in communal areas including office spaces and kitchen facilities
• Waste management - collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas

Key requirements will include:

• Access to own vehicle is essential as there is NO public transport to the site early morning
• Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
