Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and housekeeping across plant areas in Manchester. You will join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team based in Carrington, M31. Own transport is essential due to the site's location; no public transport access.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm. You will perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management to create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Own transport is essential due to site location.
• COSHH knowledge and health and safety awareness are required.
• Good timekeeping and reliable attendance are important.
• Ability to work to laid-down cleaning schedules and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning internal and external communal areas including lobby, stairs, hallways and landings.
• Ensure courtyards, paths, car parks and bins are cleaned and litter is picked.
• Damp and spot mop, dust, polish surfaces, sanitise touch points and doors.
• Remove waste from internal bins in offices and meeting rooms.
• Clean staff facilities including kitchen and toilets and replenish essentials.
• Deep, clinical, and reactive cleaning as required.
• Report required repairs or maintenance works.

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant areas. You will be joining the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team based in Manchester, Carrington M31. Access to your own transport or live locally, as there is NO public transport to the site **

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

This will be a Permanent role of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning staff facilities including kitchen area, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• Deep, clinical, and reactive cleaning as required.
• Report any required repairs or maintenance works

Key requirements will include:

• Own Vehicle essential ** due to location
• Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
