Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is recruiting an Office Cleaner for York Business Park, Nether Poppleton (YO26). This permanent role is part-time, 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–10am, with an immediate start. The cleaner will help maintain a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key duties include damp mopping, dusting, sanitising touch points and waste removal. COSHH and health and safety awareness are important, along with reliable timekeeping and following schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning services with attention to detail and safety.
• Good timekeeping and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow laid-down cleaning schedules and COSHH basics.

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Office Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team based atYork Business Park, YO26. To assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large building, its offices and meeting rooms to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

We are offering a Permanent Part-Time Role of 10 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am -10am. With an immediate start

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including skirting boards and window sills within easy reach
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
• Cleaning staff facilities, including the kitchen area, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels

Key requirements will include:

• Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
