Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited in Ellesmere Port is seeking an experienced Office & Facilities Cleaner to join our Workplace cleaning team at a client’s Speciality Chemical Company. Access to transport is required due to location and shift pattern.

You will be responsible for cleaning floors and work areas, using cleaning equipment and chemicals, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. The role offers a permanent contract and 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in cleaning services and equipment.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and COSHH basics.
• Experience with buffers/scrubber dryers is advantageous.
• Ability to work to tight schedules and maintain safety.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming, touching points.
• Clean offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and dining areas.
• Clean toilet facilities, replenish toilet paper, soap and towels.
• Waste management for internal and external areas.
• Work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Pinnacle Group is recruiting an experienced Office & Facilities Cleaner to join the Pinnacle Workplace cleaning team at our client’s Speciality Chemical Company based in Ellesmere Port, CH65. Access to own transport is required due to the location & shift pattern

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will involve cleaning floors and work areas, as well as handling industrial equipment. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and within sensitive environments.

We are offering a permanent contract x 36 hours per week;

• Monday to Thursday 6am – 1.30pm
• Friday 6am – 12 noon

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning tasks include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming and touchpoints.
• Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, staff kitchens and dining areas
• Cleaning toilet facilities and hand basins, replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Key requirements will include:

• Access to own transport is required due to the location & shift pattern
• Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of COSHH, Chemicals and risk assessments.
• Experience with a buffer machine/scrubber dryer is an advantage
• Experience working to tight schedules.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.

You will also be required to submit a monthly urine sample and a quarterly blood sample
