The role covers general cleaning duties across communal areas, waste management, and basic maintenance tasks. We value punctuality, a positive attitude and a commitment to customer care as part of our community-focused services.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths and grass as per contract specification.
• Removing dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Job description

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at a large housing site in Hinkley. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.. Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. The hours are 8am to 10.30am, Monday to Friday, 12.5 hours per week.

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
