Responsibilities

• Triaging, providing information, advice and guidance on a wide range of services.
• Providing telephone responses and managing requests for support.
• Liaising with internal and external partners to support families to meet needs around Special Education Needs and Inclusion.
• Accurate case recording and following processes using computer systems.
