Norfolk County Council is seeking an experienced Enhanced Family Help Team Manager to lead the North, East and Broadland area. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering statutory and non-statutory support to children aged 0–17 and their families, guiding staff through complex needs and persistent neglect.

You will allocate cases, lead risk discussions and maintain performance through audits and supervision, while championing restorative practice and staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Requires recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Frontline management experience for children and families.
• Substantial experience working with children and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership to the Enhanced Family Help Team.
• Allocate and authorise work; maintain robust oversight of cases.
• Lead Team Around the Family supervision to coordinate support.
• Manage budgets and resources; ensure timely, high-quality practice.
