City of Doncaster Council is seeking an Early Help Coordinator (CDC) to drive the Early Help Strategy across the borough, embedding it with partner organisations. The role focuses on guiding practitioners, managing risk, and ensuring high-quality support for children, young people and families.
You will lead on training delivery, collaborate across services, and monitor performance to improve outcomes. Hybrid working is available, and a DBS check is required.
