The Starting Point Team sits at the heart of a multi‑agency Alliance, working collaboratively with a range of statutory and voluntary sector partners.

As a frontline Caseworker, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging and supporting individuals with complex needs, providing robust assessments, effective triage and coordinated accommodation and support plans.

We believe in treating individuals with dignity and respect, embracing diversity and creating an inclusive environment, alongside supporting staff wellbeing, development and professional growth.

We value a range of experiences and skills. If you have transferable skills from other roles or voluntary work, we encourage you to apply.

In return for your contribution, we offer:

  • Competitive leave entitlement
  • Generous local government pension scheme
  • Wellbeing support and staff networks
  • Development and training opportunities
