Wiltshire Council is seeking an Early Help Advisor to join the Integrated Front Door team in Wiltshire. The role is fixed-term for 23 months, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £35,570-£37,563 per annum.

An opportunity has arisen within our Integrated Front Door team, who work together to ensure a timely, consistent response to requests for service, securing the best outcomes for Wiltshire's children and young people. As an Early Help Advisor, you will work alongside families, schools, SEND and partner agencies to identify strengths and needs, supporting the development of family-led early help plans and access to community-based support services.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident working within a busy multi‑agency environment. A strong operational understanding of children's services, coupled with experience of frontline work with children, young people and families, is essential. You will be resilient, conscientious, and able to work autonomously while responding to competing demands and managing priorities effectively. Strong analytical and assessment skills, together with a passion for supporting children and families, are key to success in this role.
